The Definitive Electric Hot Air Heater!



◆ A wide lineup is available — from heater-only types (without air blower) to integrated models combining the heater and a heat-resistant air blower.

Each unit is equipped with sensors for safety circuits, featuring an electronic safety circuit with buzzer alarm for reliable operation.


◆ By using a dedicated external automatic temperature controller, you can achieve accurate and stable temperature control.


◆ The B Series does not include a control panel or electrical components.


With intermittent operation function (when used with the TR Series or TRT Series).


B Series Overview

Heater Unit (TSK-B, TSK-BS, TSK-BF models)

  • Maximum continuous operating temperature: 350 °C
  • (When used without the dedicated automatic temperature controller: up to 300 °C)

  • Heater capacity range: 3 kW to 80 kW
  • Equipped with high-efficiency honeycomb block heater
  • Various voltage configurations available (specify when ordering)
  • Heater-only models (without blower) are also available

Blower Unit (for TSK-B, TSK-BS models)

  • Each unit includes a heat-resistant air blower for hot air circulation, helping to reduce energy consumption by efficiently circulating heated air
  • Typical circulation temperature:

     • TSK-17B: 140 °C

     • TSK-22B to TSK-132B: 230 °C

  • Motor capacities: 80 W – 5,500 W
  • Adjustable damper mounted above the blower for airflow control

Control and Related Units (TRT series, TR series)

  • Temperature adjustable up to 350 °C in 1 °C increments
  • Equipped with multiple built-in safety circuits using high-reliability thermocouples
  • Equipped with buzzer and safety circuit power indicator lamp
  • Input/output service terminals provided for external control connections
  • Timer function (TRT series): settable in 1-minute increments, range 1 min to 99 h 59 min
