Electric High-Temperature Air Burner
The use of industry-first rod-type heating elements and an R-type thermocouple for outlet temperature sensing enables long-term operation while minimizing heating element breakage.
An air-insulated heat exchange structure between the outer casing and internal components effectively utilizes heat from the heating elements.
However, the heater case surface may become hot during preheating or operation at low air volume.
Always operate the heater with the supplied thermal insulation cover installed on the heater case to prevent burns.
The use of special insulators increases gas velocity inside the heater and provides more uniform flow, significantly improving heat transfer efficiency between the heating elements and the supplied gas.
The HT4 and HT7.5 can be used for many other applications. Please contact us to discuss your application.
