DHX01 Series Electric Hot Air Heater

The DHX01 Series is a high-temperature electric hot air heater capable of producing hot air up to 500 °C for industrial heating, drying, and thermal processing applications.

DHX01 Series Overview

  • Continuous Operating Temperature: up to 500 °C
  • Heater Capacity: 20 kW to 480 kW
  • All models support hot air recirculation up to 350 °C for improved energy efficiency.
  • Multiple built-in safety circuits incorporating high-reliability thermocouples
  • Different voltage specifications are also available.
  • The use of compact DHX01 block insulators with excellent electrical insulation properties enables a more compact design than conventional block heaters.

  • Hot-Start Operation: 100 °C to 350 °C (when using a dedicated control panel)
  • Outlet Sensor: K-type thermocouple (Sensor A)
  • Overheat Protection Sensor: K-type thermocouple (Sensor B)
  • Main Gas-Contact Materials: Stainless steel (SUS) + carbon steel (SS)
  • Insulation Material: Ceramic wool
