Electric Heater for High-Temperature Hot Air Generation


  • Used for high-temperature heating of air as well as argon, helium, and carbon dioxide; resin molding; melting and softening of metals; annealing; instant drying; localized heating; heat sources for catalysts; IC firing; reaction acceleration; sterilization; heat sources for electric furnaces; combustion tests for small aircraft engines; internal combustion engine tests; continuous ram combustion tests; ultra-low NOx combustor tests; HST combustion tests, and more.

  • Capable of delivering high-temperature hot air up to 800 °C.



Super Heater Overview

  • Maximum continuous operating temperature: 800 °C
  • Heater capacity: 3 kW to 20 kW
  • Equipped with four K-type thermocouples as standard
  • Achieves high thermal efficiency and long service life
  • By using the dedicated temperature control unit (TCU Series), hot-start operation and reliable safety circuit control are ensured
  •  * For each Super Heater unit, either one TCU Series temperature control unit or one FH Series blower unit is required.

  • The FH Series blower unit is compact and lightweight, offering excellent noise reduction, ventilation performance, and long service life
  • An integrated high-temperature hot air unit, the SHF Series, combining the Super Heater (SH Series), blower, operation panel, and control circuitry, is also available
