Electric Heater for High-Temperature Hot Air Generation
- High-temperature heating: Air, argon, helium, and carbon dioxide
- Industrial processes: Resin molding, metal melting and softening, annealing, instant drying, localized heating, catalyst heating, IC firing, reaction acceleration, sterilization, and electric furnace heating
- Combustion testing: Small aircraft engines, internal combustion engines, continuous ram combustion, ultra-low NOx combustors, and HST combustion
- Capable of delivering hot air up to 800 °C.
Super Heater Overview
- Maximum Continuous Operating Temperature: 800 °C
- Heater Capacity: 3 kW to 20 kW
- Equipped with four K-type thermocouples as standard
- Using the dedicated temperature control unit (TCU Series) enables hot-start operation and ensures safety circuit functionality
- The FH Series blower unit is compact and lightweight, offering excellent noise reduction, ventilation performance, and long service life
- The SHF Series is also available as an integrated high-temperature hot air unit combining the Super Heater (SH Series), blower, operation panel, and control circuitry
* For each Super Heater unit, either one TCU Series temperature control unit or one FH Series blower unit is required.

(An external run ON/OFF signal input is required when supplying air or gas.)
