Industrial Electric Hot Air Dryer Designed for Continuous 24/7 Operation
- Equipped with an enhanced control panel designed to improve durability, energy efficiency, performance, reliability, safety, and ease of operation.
- Available in two configurations:
- Standard Type
- High-Static-Pressure Type
- The new HAS-70F model, featuring an inverter-controlled turbo fan and a slim, highly sealed structure, has been added to the lineup.
- Ready to use simply by connecting the power cable.
- Equipped with an intermittent operation function as standard.
The high-static-pressure type is equipped with a DC high-pressure blower, providing approximately 9 times higher static pressure than the standard type, regardless of power supply frequency.
Multi-Dryer Overview
- Maximum Continuous Operating Temperature: 300 °C
(Some models: 250 °C / 200 °C)Temperature adjustable in 1 °C increments up to 300 °C - All models are equipped as standard with external run input, intermittent operation, and alarm output functions.
- Connector-type external temperature sensor function
(No external sensor parameter configuration required) - All models support interlocking with external devices via optional HR30-7P connector
- Timer operation function with remaining-time display
- Heater capacities: 1.4 kW, 2.8 kW, 3.7 kW, 5 kW, 7.5 kW
- Blower motor capacities: 12 W to 130 W
- Equipped with an airflow adjustment damper
(Some models are equipped with inverter control.) - All models are equipped with an inlet air filter.
- The HAS-70F model features an inverter-controlled turbo fan and a highly sealed structure for cleaner hot air discharge and reduced noise.
- Optional Upward Outlet Attachment UAT75 is available for upward hot air discharge.
- Programmable timer: Settable from 1 minute to 99 hours 59 minutes in 1-minute increments
Important Notes
- Although all models are equipped with filters, oil fumes and oil mist cannot be removed.
- Do not use the unit in locations or environments containing:
- oil fumes
- petroleum-based vapors
- airborne oil mist
- aromatic hydrocarbon solvents
- other air contaminated with oil-based substances
- If oil-based substances enter the internal components of the Hot Air Generator, there is a risk of fire or other serious accidents.
- If the installation environment includes any of the above conditions, please consult us before use (special countermeasure models are available).
