The DHX10 Series is an ultra-high temperature electric hot air heater capable of delivering clean hot air up to 1250 °C for industrial heating and thermal processing applications.

DHX10 Series Overview

  • Maximum continuous operating temperature: 1250 °C
    (Standard operating range: 1000–1200 °C)
    A 999 °C specification is also available.
  • The unit can be stopped without a cooling operation.
  • When the hot air outlet temperature is 1200 °C, the heating element surface temperature reaches approximately 1262 °C, achieving excellent heat exchange efficiency.
  • By using the hot-start operation (preheating mode), hot air of up to 1250 °C can be generated safely in the shortest possible time.
  • With hot-start operation, the outlet hot air temperature reaches 1000 °C in approximately 12 minutes.
  • Heater capacity: 28 kW – 720 kW
  • All models support hot air recirculation up to 500 °C for improved energy efficiency.
  • Built-in temperature sensors for various safety circuits (high-reliability thermocouples are used for safety devices)
  • A complete package including heater, control panel, and blower is available.
  • Body pressure resistance: approx. 30 kPa, allowing the use of high-pressure blowers.
  • With sufficient thermal insulation, the outer surface temperature remains below 80 °C even when the outlet hot air temperature reaches 1250 °C.
