The DHX10 Series is an ultra-high-temperature electric hot air heater capable of delivering clean hot air up to 1200 °C.

DHX10 Series Overview

  • Maximum Continuous Operating Temperature: 1200 °C
    A 999 °C specification is also available.
  • The unit can be stopped without a cooling cycle.
  • When the hot air outlet temperature is 1200 °C, the heating element surface temperature is approximately 1262 °C, demonstrating excellent heat transfer efficiency.
  • With hot-start operation (preheating), the hot air outlet temperature reaches 1000 °C in approximately 12 minutes.
  • Heater Capacity: 28 kW to 720 kW
  • All models support hot air recirculation up to 500 °C for improved energy efficiency.
  • Built-in temperature sensors for various safety circuits, using high-reliability thermocouples for safety devices
  • A complete package including heater, control panel, and blower is available.
  • Heater casing pressure rating: approx. 30 kPa, allowing the use of high-pressure blowers.
  • With sufficient thermal insulation, the outer surface temperature remains below 80 °C at a hot air outlet temperature of 1200 °C.
