XS Series Electric Hot Air Heater
Electric Heater for High-Temperature Hot Air Generation
- A hot air heater featuring a compact and robust frame, high efficiency, and cost-effective design.
- A wide range of models is available to suit your required operating temperature, operating pressure, and air volume.
- Ideal for gases, including air supplied by high-static-pressure blowers, compressed air, helium, argon, nitrogen, and forming gas.
XS-2 Series Overview
- Maximum Continuous Operating Temperature: 350 °C
(XS-2A: 300 °C; 200 V, 50/60 Hz only – Japan-only model) - Heater Capacity: 1.5 kW to 3.8 kW
- Hot air recirculation is available on all models (recirculation temperature: up to 140 °C) Energy-efficient design
- Maximum Allowable Internal Pressure: 58.8 kPa
- A and B sensors (K-type thermocouples) can be installed upon request
- Hot-start operation available when used with the dedicated automatic temperature controller
XS-3 Series Overview
- Maximum Continuous Operating Temperature: 350 °C
- Heater Capacity: 3 kW to 10 kW
- Hot air recirculation is available on all models (recirculation temperature: up to 200 °C) Energy-efficient design
- Maximum Allowable Internal Pressure: 58.8 kPa
- A sensor (K-type thermocouple) can be installed upon request
- Intermittent operation available when used with the dedicated automatic temperature controller
XS-4 Series Overview
- Maximum Continuous Operating Temperature: 450 °C
- Heater Capacity: 4 kW to 12 kW
- Hot air recirculation is available on all models (recirculation temperature: up to 230 °C) Energy-efficient design
- Maximum Allowable Internal Pressure: 39.2 kPa
- A and B sensors (K-type thermocouples) are pre-installed
- Hot-start operation available when used with the dedicated automatic temperature controller
XS-5 Series Overview
- Maximum Continuous Operating Temperature: 350 °C
- Heater Capacity: 20 kW
- Hot air recirculation is available on all models (recirculation temperature: up to 230 °C) Energy-efficient design
- Maximum Allowable Internal Pressure: 25 kPa

- Hot-start operation available when used with the dedicated automatic temperature controller
